| We use a mixture of Judo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Japanese Ju Jitsu, Boxing, Wrestling, Muay Thai, and Kick boxing in training. Our focus is on conditioning the athlete's body so they not only can withstand the physical demands of entering the cage, but giving them the mental edge by knowing they are in top physical condition. An area often overlooked by mixed martial artists and their trainers. A fighter's training includes plyometrics, core training, medicine ball, weights, running, grappling, and all are done with the fighter's needs in mind. You cannot train like a boxer and expect to perform as a grappler. We welcome anybody that has the desire to train like a champion to come to our St. Cloud, Minnesota training facility. Some facilities hang MMA signs on their walls. We hang success on ours. |
