11am - 12:30pm Gi Jiu Jitsu
4:30pm - 5:30pm Kids Jiu Jitsu (Ages 12-14)
5pm - 7pm Boxing
5:30pm - 6:30pm Taekwondo
6:00pm – 7:30pm No Gi Jiu Jitsu
7:00pm - 8:00pm Muay Thai

Tuesday: 11am - 12:30pm Boxing
4:30pm - 5:30pm Kids Jiu Jitsu (Ages 9-11)

6:00pm – 7:30pm Gi Jiu Jitsu

Saturday:
We are building an interest list for day training times. So all of
you that have wanted to do Jiu Jitsu or MMA but the night
hours don't work for you, this is your chance. The training
times are Monday thru Thursday from 11am to 1pm. Monday
and Wednesday will be Jiu Jitsu. Tuesday and Thursday will
be Boxing. All we need is 6 to start the training.
